Gateway Program

Each course is purely an educational program. Hosted by Success Is By Design, LLC “the Company”. It is not intended as a forum for the promotion of any particular product or investments and neither the Company, nor any of its officers, employees or representatives, in any way recommends or endorses any product or investment which may be discussed or introduced during this educational program Success Is By Design, LLC may cancel the event for any reason by written notice to you. Success Is By Design, LLC will also refund you the payment you have actually paid to us within 60 days of giving you notice of cancellation. Success Is By Design, LLC shall have no further liability to you in respect of the cancellation, including anything you have purchased or prepared for this seminar.
Success Is By Design, LLC may cancel the event for any reason by written notice to you. You have a three day period to request a refund in writing. Request must be sent to admin@thewomenofglobalchange.com with full name, date of application, and a clear statement of refund request included.

In the event that you are unable to attend the Gateway Program, please contact us directly as you are unable to receive a refund for this program, but you can choose to attend a later program.

that neither Success Is By Design, LLC “The Company”, any of our representatives or any person we engage to perform the Program Services (‘Relevant Persons’) is an investment advisor or licensed by any governmental authority to provide investment advice;
that the Relevant Persons are not licensed investment advisors, licensed real estate agents, licensed financial planners, qualified or practicing accountants, qualified or practicing finance professionals or qualified or practicing legal professionals.
Success Is By Design, LLC may pay commissions to third parties arising from your entering into this agreement.
To gain entry to the Gateway Program you may need to be present Identification at the beginning of the program
The attendee releases the Company, its officers, employees and representatives and their respective heirs, successors and assigns from any claims which the attendee may have both past, present and from any future claim that may arise.
The Gateway Program offers advice and business strategy to help launch your business, but does not include any registration fees, legal fees, or the cost of any business registration fees required to register your business in your city, state, or country.

Should Success Is By Design, LLC bring in any external presenters, the Company assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or appropriateness of any information provided by the Presenters. Further, should the attendee choose to have any ongoing dealings with any of the Presenters the attendee does so at their own risk and acknowledges the Company has no responsibility for any liability to which the attendee may become subject as a result of dealings with any of the Presenters.

The attendee acknowledges that information contained within this program is proprietary to the Company and agrees not to copy, break infringement, use, modify or make available the content of the Gateway Program, its teachings, or its physical materials to any party without the express written permission and required compensation to the Company.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Success Is By Design, LLC against all loss or damage that client may suffer as a result by Success Is By Design, LLC and its speakers and associates and any of its affiliates and representatives from any breach of these Terms and any other cause or alleged cause of any kind. Success Is By Design, LLC reserves the right to alter terms and conditions without prior notice.

The attendee acknowledges that the Gateway Program is a two day online program and agrees to participate in an online capacity upon time of purchase.
The Courses and Events can potentially simulate high pressure business situations. The attendee is responsible for communicating any medical conditions which may be aggravated by high stress situations. The attendee understands that they participate of their own free will and that they are responsible for their own mental wellbeing and release Success Is By Design, LLC of any issues and/or legal responsibility that may arise from being and/or participating in the online program.

I understand that Success Is By Design, LLC may audio/video record, film, photograph, post on social media and/or livestream the event. I understand and agree my voice and/or image/video may be recorded and embodied as part of a product or promotional piece by Success Is By Design. I acknowledge and agree that Success Is By Design has complete ownership of the promotional materials and products in which my video/image/voice may appear and that I have no interest or ownership in said materials. This Release is granted to Success Is By Design and is perpetual and worldwide. Success Is By Design agrees to use any media in a legal, ethical and moral way so as to not jeopardize any person’s reputation and/or public image.

If the Program Services as contemplated by this Agreement are prevented or cancelled because of an act of God, an inevitable accident, fire, blackout, flood or any other calamity, or if by reason of strikes, or lockouts, or any other events beyond the direct control of both parties, then the Company may at its option either postpone the Program Services from the original Program Services date or cancel and refund.

The attendee acknowledges this document serves as an acknowledgement of terms for all aspects of the Gateway Program moving forward and that it is unnecessary for Success Is By Design to seek the future approval or signatures for rights delineated in the above terms and conditions.
